World Series Trophy: Who Will Get It?

After hearing about the World Series trophy being on display in New York, I decided to grab my trusty camera and take some pictures of it. Of course the trophy looks marvelous, but there is one question on every person’s mind? Where will the trophy go? the trophy has one of four places so far where it can go. It can go to the Ballpark in Arlington where the Texas Rangers play, it can go to Giant Stadium where the San Fransisco Giants play, it can go to Citizens Bank Park where the Philadelphia Phillies play, and last but not least it can go to Yankee Stadium where the New York Yankees play. With the World Series staring on Wednesday on FOX, only 2 teams can battle it out. The Rangers and the Giants may have the lead now, but the Yankees are known to bounce right back in the series and tie it, and also be able to get Andy Pettite on the mound on Saturday if all goes well. The Phillies have proven that they can bounce back as well, seeing that yesterday’s game with the Giants Roy Halladay pitched a winning game even after he had a small pulled groin which he obtained in the second inning. Texas’s defense had been a little sloppy against the Yankees, on Wednesday since they let Jorge Posada score on an error made by Ranger Jeff Francouer.

So to answer the question most fans have. We don’t know where the trophy goes, but knowing the Yankees that they can bounce back, the trophy just might stay in New York City. What do you guys think? Post your guesses in the comment box below.
